Meet Lisa LePage, a dedicated real estate professional with deep roots and extensive knowledge of Georgian Bay and the surrounding Simcoe County communities. Since obtaining her Real Estate Sales Representative licence in December 2016, Lisa has combined her passion for design, waterfront living, and client service to help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market with confidence.
A graduate of Architectural Technology and a Certified Kitchen Designer, Lisa brings a unique eye for design, functionality, and property potential to every client interaction. Prior to real estate, she spent nearly 20 years as an entrepreneur operating a successful design consultation business servicing the eastern shore of Georgian Bay from Pointe au Baril to Tiny Township. Her background in design and construction provides clients with valuable insight when evaluating homes, cottages, renovations, and investment opportunities.
Having spent more than 30 years living, working, and exploring Georgian Bay, Lisa possesses extensive firsthand knowledge of water-access and waterfront properties from Parry Sound to King’s Bay. Since relocating to Midland in 2013, she has continued to expand her business throughout Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny Township, and Tay Township, building strong connections within the communities she proudly serves.
Known for her approachable nature, professionalism, and attention to detail, Lisa is committed to providing honest guidance and personalized service throughout every stage of the buying and selling process.
